About Purge
Our Eternal Pledge
We don't make soap that will kill you. But make no mistake, our uncompromising bars of cleansing might just murder the grime from your last project. And it doesn't stop there.
After helping you purge the day's mess, these ruthless bars will actually help kill plastic pollution by ditching the plastic liquid soap containers exposing your skin to nasty hormone disrupting micro-plastics and undisclosed corpo chemicals.
What Purge Avoids — And Why It Matters
• No Parabens: Used in cheap soap as preservatives. Linked to hormonal disruption by mimicking estrogen in the body. Accumulates in breast tissue — even found in tumors in some studies.
• No Sulfates (SLS/SLES): Aggressive surfactants used for foam. Strips natural oils, causing dry, itchy, irritated skin. Can increase skin sensitivity and compromise barrier function.
• No Phthalates: Used in synthetic fragrances to make scent last longer. Known endocrine disruptors. Associated with reproductive health issues.
• No PEGs (Polyethylene Glycol): Petroleum-based compounds often contaminated with 1,4-dioxane, a potential carcinogen.
• No Plastic Packaging: Mainstream soaps are sold in single-use plastic. These degrade into microplastics, now found in oceans, wildlife, and even human blood, scary stuff!
• No Greenwashing: Many brands use the term 'natural' while still using harsh synthetics. Purge is transparently formulated with real, functional ingredients — no BS.
Purge Philosophy: Ritual Over Routine
We’re not just replacing your soap — we’re purging your reliance on:
• Mass-produced plastic garbage
• Hormone-hacking chemicals
• Brands that treat skincare like an afterthought
Why We Exist
For years, all the coolest and funniest marketing was only done for unhealthy, unhelpful products. We were told to buy pointless stuff, junk food, beer, and sugary drinks with a rebellious spirit. But the soap aisle was a sanitized, boring, plastic wasteland.
Those days are over.
Soon, Purge will use grit and irreverent humour to conquer the world!
But enough about us and our boring story.
Tell us about you. What project did you just finish?
